How to Order Personalized Invitations & Announcements Start by completing our on-line Personalize It form to provide details about your event.
Once we receive and review your form, we will contact you by email and/or phone to consult with you regarding the design best suited for your needs. We find it most helpful when you tell us all about your special occasion. This helps to shed light on your event tastes, style and individual personality. Even the smallest details help us provide the right design for your special event. You can also include special wording or text for invitation/ announcement, photos or images that may be used, color scheme, etc. Once the design is determined, a Service Contract, including price quote is prepared based on your project requirements. With a signed Service Contract and a retainer, we will begin designing your invitation or announcement. Retainer is non-refundable once designing begins, and counts towards the final balance of your order. See Submitting Photos below for information on using personal photos.
You will receive a proof your Custom design by email. You will then be able to make any necessary corrections and have final approval before your invitations are printed and mailed to you.
Retainer & Final Payment An initial non-refundable retainer of 50% of the estimated total cost upon execution of the Service Contract is required to begin designing your project. This serves as a retainer of services and design fee and is non-refundable once designing begins. We accept cash, check, money order and credit cards (via PayPal).
A final invoice (including shipping charges if applicable) will be delivered to you upon final approval of your design. Once final payment is received and verified by AWL, your design project will be printed and shipped to you.
Return Policy Since our Custom4Me products are custom-designed, AWL does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. Once we receive your final approval, signed Service Contract and retainer, and your order has begun processing, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If there are any errors on the part of AWL, they will be corrected in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Quality Control AWL offers original designs. Some colors may vary from the screen to your final printed product due to the various calibrations of browsers and monitors. If you have any questions or concerns about color, please feel free to contact us prior to ordering.
. Sales Tax Sales tax is collected on all orders originating from the state of Ohio. Applicable sales tax is added at the time of purchase during check out.
Privacy & Security We value your personal information and privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, address or other personal information to other companies, including your e-mail address or any other information you provide to us. We only use the information we collect to provide you with a better overall shopping experience with Always With Love. Further, when you place an order or update your account information, these activities are always conducted in complete security on a fully encrypted secure server environment (SSL). SSL renders information unreadable if anyone tries to intercept it.
Minimum Order The minimum order for personalized Invitations and Announcements is 25. The minimum order for the personalized Simply Invitation is 10.
Submitting Photos We want your cards to look their best when you send them to your family and friends! When scanning your images, we highly recommend using the following guidelines:
Glossy photos provide better results when scanned. PLEASE CLEAN THE PHOTO AND YOUR SCANNER BEFORE SCANNING! Only scan original prints, not photocopies or ink-jet prints. Scan the photos at 600dpi for the best resolution quality, but no lower than 300 dpi Scan with a minimum size of 4x6. If scanning 4x6's, simply set your scaling to 100% at 300-600 dpi. Save images as JPEG or TIFF, at the highest quality possible. Do not perform any photo editing or cropping on your computer.
Currently, photos can be submitted one of two ways. 1) Email your image(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. Make sure the file size of the photos is large enough. Also, send no more than 3 photos per e-mail to avoid shrinking the photos; or 2) If you are unable to submit a high-resolution digital image via email, submit your photo on a CD to: Dee Dee Thomas, Always with Love Invitations & Greetings, 7766 Fancycab Court, Cincinnati, OH 45231. All CDs will be returned to you with your completed order.
Photo Requirements If you submit a digital photo please submit original, high-resolution, full color, and unedited images. We accept JPEG and TIFF with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. Please do not size the image before sending it to us, we will make any necessary changes in order for your photo to fit properly.
Note: You have a choice to have your photos printed in color or in black & white with all of our photo cards and announcements.
The following types of images are NOT recommended for use:
• Images shared/stored on websites (low resolution)
• Images sent back and forth via email
• Cell Phone images (very low quality)
Please note that the quality of the final product depends on the quality of the original photo that is supplied to us.
Copyright & Professional Photography AWL respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers and image authors. It is UNLAWFUL to reproduce images that are copyrighted without the express written permission of the person or entity that created the original work. If you have a copyrighted image, contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release; once provided, we will keep this for our files. If you choose to scan your professionally taken images on your own, for the sole purpose of making copies, you are assuming the legal risk for violating any copyright.
If you have been provided printable resolution images on a CD from your photographer, we do not need a copyright release. It is not always the intent of the photographer to provide a "blanket release." By submitting these images, you agree to assume full responsibility if any conflicts arise with the photographer.
Please DO NOT send copyrighted, professional prints to use for your order, without including a written and signed release from your photographer. If your order must be canceled due to the lack of a copyright release, we will withhold $10 from any refund as a cancellation fee and return the photograph to you.
(Copyright Indemnification) The purchaser whose name appears on the order form warrants that the subject matter to be printed by AWL is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The purchaser further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AWL for all liability, damages and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.
Restrictions Always with Love Invitations & Greetings has the right to refuse any submitted content for print that may be deemed offensive or inappropriate.
You agree not to use this website or service to upload or otherwise transmit (including via email) to us any material which is likely to cause harm to any Always with Love Invitations & Greetings service or anyone else's computer systems, including but not limited to that which contains any virus, code, worm, data or other files or programs designed to damage or allow unauthorized access to any Always with Love Invitations & Greetings service or which may cause any defect, error, malfunction or corruption to the services.
